The Physician
David B. Krebs, MD, FACS
Dr.
Krebs is a board certified ophthalmologist dedicated
to providing excellent ophthalmic care in the
Tri-Cities community since 1999. He received his
Bachelors of Arts from Hamilton College in Clinton,
NY and his Doctor of Medicine from the State
University of New York – Health Science Center at
Brooklyn / Downstate Medical Center. He remained at
the State University of New York, completing his
residency training in Ophthalmology, acting as Chief
Resident in his final year. He later completed a
fellowship in Cornea, External Disease and
Refractive Surgery at the Medical College of
Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
He
is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical
Examiners, a Fellow of the American Academy of
Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American College
of Surgeons. He is a member in good standing of the
American Medical Association, the
American Academy
of Ophthalmology, the
Michigan Society of Eye
Physicians and Surgeons, the Michigan State Medical
Society, the Saginaw County Medical Society and the
Saginaw Surgical Society.
The Optometrist
Amanda
M. Larrison, OD
Dr. Amanda Larrison is a board certified optometrist who has been practicing
in her field since 2005 upon completion of her
training. She earned her Bachelor of Science
degree in Biology from Central Michigan University, and completed her Doctor of
Optometry from the Michigan College of Optometry in
2005. Dr. Larrison currently focuses on contact lens fittings and care,
and primary ocular care. She is a member
in good standing of the
American Optometric
Association as well as the
Michigan
Optometric Association. She is a welcome
addition to Envision Eye Care.
The Optical Department
Michael Bacigalupo, ABOC
Michael Bacigalupo comes
to us with over 25 years of experience as a
certified optician. He earned his American
Board of Opticianry certification from Ferris State
University in 1984. His knowledge and
experience are invaluable in helping patients find a
style and fit best suited to their needs. Mike
is continually updating his stock, taking into
account the latest in technology and design.

Janet Papst
Janet has been instrumental in making Envision Eye
Care function effectively behind the scene. Her
experience in the medical industry and her knowledge
are indispensable. She is helpful in all aspects of
questions that may arise. |

Lisa Helpap
Jennifer Korzek
Lisa
and Jennifer are Certified Ophthalmic Assistants
with more than 10 years experience each. They are
an integral part of the Envision team, making your visit a
pleasurable
one. Lisa, our LASIK coordinator, can answer many
of your questions regarding LASIK and refractive
surgery. Jennifer, our surgical coordinator, will
guide you through the surgical process. Above all,
they are knowledgeable, professional and sensitive
to your needs.
Tiffany Beechler Gayle Nicol Michelle Nichols
Gayle, Tiffany and
Michelle are
certified in the industry as well. Gayle is a Licensed Practical Nurse
with
more than 20 years experience both in the operating
room and assisting in the office setting.
Tiffany, a Certified Paraoptometric Technician, has
been employed in the ophthalmic and optometric
fields for 10 years. Her experience in various
areas of the eye care industry is extremely helpful
in assisting the needs of our patients.
Michelle is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant with
many years of experience in the eye care and medical
industry. We welcome her expertise in
ophthalmic imaging and photography.
Kelly Berenyi
Kelly, based in our Saginaw location, has been involved in business office
operations and management for 15 plus years. She is
extremely knowledgeable and efficient and can help
you with your scheduling and insurance needs.
She is always there to serve you and insure that
your needs are met quickly.
Carol Summers
Betty Rittig
Carol and Betty
are the in charge of the front office operations in
our new Cass City location. Their warm and
friendly manner are ready to serve you, schedule
your appointments and direct your insurance
questions appropriately.
Teri Stimpfel
Teri is the
newest member of the team. She will service
the Cass City community in the optical department as
well as lend a helping hand in front office
operations. We welcome Teri to our team and
hope you will too.
